The one I painted a few months ago (see here) that was a French tile. Well I spotted the same thing in the doorway of a closed shop in Covent Garden:
Yes those are my feet.
So reproducing the colour palette was a little tricky, but essentially it was just rose mixed with green and blue. The brown required some yellow ochre. Maybe not quite right, but close:
A lot of gum arabic makes for a shiny finish.
