So see the fruit salad post for more detail, as these posts are a bit out of chronological order, sorry. First, a sketch to show the design:
Sort of a standard 8-fold design, but with slightly unusual feature of having curved segments (as far as I know, unusual).
So I did then paint it in quite nice red/purple/dark green colours …
Sadly I then spilled tea on it! Also not quite sure about the dots connected by lines. Oh well
